About Yellowpebble Yoga

The vinyasa flow routines on our DVDs are specifically designed to target and strengthen key areas of your body — legs, core, upper body — and stretch and lengthen others - hamstrings and hips. It can be difficult to challenge and motivate yourself at home as well as your instructor does, and these routines are intended to take any yoga enthusiast through a challenging routine. Always remember to listen to your body and do the alternate poses shown or use props if that is what works for you. We hope you will find that over time, the full routine is something you will feel comfortable with and look forward to when you have some quiet time.

The DVDs are interactive — our attempt to keep things interesting over time and to meet the needs of a home practice. Choose a voice track with either less or more instruction, and choose whether or not you want the music track.

It's nice to be able to find the quiet time to do a sixty-minute routine. A daily, or more than once-a-week practice, may only allow for twenty or forty minutes each. We hope the time you’re able to take for yourself is time you can stay in the moment, clear your mind and connect with your body and breath.
